APPOINTMENTS:

Appointments can be made during business hours by calling (423) 282-9011 or by filling out one of our appointment request forms. We have one form for New Patients and one for Current Patients.

We complete registration by telephone, so please have a copy of your insurance card available.

PRESCRIPTIONS:

Patients are asked to request medications during the office visit, rather than after leaving. Requests for medications on weekends and after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays generally are not granted at that time, unless the patient is having problems immediately after surgery.
