Dr. Parker Duncan is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Foot & Ankle Specialist who understands the importance of staying active, both professionally and personally. Dedicated to providing individualized care, he helps patients recover, restore mobility, and confidently return to the activities they love.

Originally from Johnson City, Dr. Duncan received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Memphis. He remained in Memphis for his post-graduate training, earning his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and completing his orthopedic surgical residency at the renowned Campbell Clinic. He then completed a one-year fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at The Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colorado.

Outside of work, Dr. Duncan enjoys traveling, hiking, mountain biking, pickleball, snowboarding, wake surfing, University of Tennessee sports, and attending concerts and music festivals. He and his wife, August, are grateful to be part of the Tri-Cities community with their daughter, Kyndall, and son, Tate.
